NEW YORK - The Treasury Department said it will auction $32 billion three-year notes on Tuesday, July 10.
The notes settle July 16 and due July 15, 2015.
Democratic Gov. Laura Kelly nixed another tax cut bill passed by the Republican-led legislature this year, while pushing a less-costly plan.
It's a big week for the Fortress-backed train company, which refinanced more than $4 billion of debt and broke ground on its West Coast high-speed line.
