The Treasury will auction $42 billion of two-year notes, which are due May 31, 2012.

Durable goods figures for April are released by the Commerce Department.
New home sales figures for April are released by the Commerce Department.
The Treasury will auction $40 billion of five-year notes, due May 31, 2015.

Thursday, May 27
Preliminary real gross domestic product figures for the first quarter are released by the Commerce Department.
Initial jobless claims for the week ending May 22 are released by the Labor Department.
The Treasury will auction $31 billion of seven-year notes dated June 1 and due May 31, 2017.

Friday, May 28
Personal income and spending figures for April are released by the Commerce Department.
Final consumer sentiment figures for May are released by the University of Michigan.
