Treasury Selling $18B Of Four-Week Bills

The Treasury Department yesterday said it will sell $18 billion of four-week discount bills today.

There are currently $80.998 billion of 28-day bills outstanding. The bills settle April 22 and are due May 20.

Federal Reserve banks hold $6.285 billion in maturing bills.

The Treasury also said it will auction $25 billion of 56-day cash management bills on April 21. The bills settle April 22 and are due June 17.
