Tender rates for the Treasury Department’s latest 91-day and 182-day discount bills were higher yesterday, as the three-months incurred a 0.165% high rate, up from 0.150% the previous week, and the six-months incurred a 0.240% rate, up from 0.205%.
Coupon equivalents were 0.167% and 0.244%, respectively.
The price for the 91s was 99.958292, while the price for the 182s was 99.878667.
The median bid on the 91s was 0.150%. The low bid was 0.120%.
Tenders at the high rate were allotted 35.83%.
The bid-to-cover ratio was 4.19. Tenders totaled $113,060,933,700 and the Treasury accepted $27,000,268,700.
The median bid for the 182s was 0.220%. The low bid was 0.180%.
Tenders at the high were allotted 75.52%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.67.
