Cash Managements Draw 0.020% High Rate

The Treasury Department yesterday sold $5 billion of 21-day cash management bills, dated Feb. 4 and due Feb. 25, at a 0.020% high tender rate.

The bid-to-cover ratio was 5.94. The coupon equivalent was 0.020%. The price was 99.998833. The low bid was zero. The median bid was 0.010%. Tenders at the high were allotted 65.21%.

Tenders totaled $29,720,005,000 and the Treasury accepted $5,000,053,500, including $5,000 of noncompetitive.
