County Cuts, Dips, & Freezes

Prince William County officials will cut about $26.8 million of planned road, park, and library projects that were to be financed by bonds, dip into reserves, and freeze salaries to close a $190 million revenue shortfall in the $837 million fiscal 2010 budget.
