Monday, October 5
The Treasury will auction $30 billion of 91-day bills and $30 billion of 182-day discount bills. The 91-day bills are dated Oct. 8 and due Jan. 7, 2010, and the 182-day bills are dated Oct. 8, and due April 8, 2010.

 

Tuesday, October 6
The Treasury will will auction $39 billion of three-year notes. The notes are dated Oct. 15 and due Oct. 15, 2012.
 
Wednesday, October 7

Consumer credit figures for August are released by the Federal Reserve Board.

The Treasury will auction $20 billion of nine-year, 10-month notes. The notes are dated Oct. 15 and are due Aug. 15, 2019.

 

Thursday, October 8
Initial jobless claims for the week ending Oct. 3 are released by the Labor Department.

Wholesale trade figures for August are released by the Commerce Department.

The Treasury will auction $12 billion of 29-year, 10-month notes. The notes will settle Oct. 15 and are due Aug. 15, 2039.

 

Friday, October 9
International trade figures for August are released by the Commerce Department.
