The Orlando-Orange County Expressway Authority last week approved a new slate of underwriters and attorneys to work on future debt transactions.
Selected senior managers are Raymond James & Associates Inc., Loop Capital Markets, Citi, JPMorgan, and Merrill Lynch & Co. Co-managers are Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo Securities, Goldman, Sachs & Co., Barclays Capital, and RBC Capital Markets.
Shutts & Bowen LLP was tapped as bond counsel. Greenberg Traurig PA and Knox Seaton will be disclosure and co-disclosure counsel. The law firm's contracts are for three years and include options for two one-year renewals at the authority's discretion.
