Treasury to Sell $34 Billion Of 4-Week Discount Bills

The Treasury Department yesterday said it will sell $34 billion of four-week discount bills today.

There are currently $94.007 billion of four-week, or 28-day, bills outstanding. The bills settle July 9 and are due Aug. 6.

Federal Reserve banks hold $3.782 billion in maturing bills in their own accounts.
