Weekly T-Bills Go At 0.195%, 0.335% Highs

Tender rates for the Treasury Department’s latest 91-day and 182-day discount bills were mixed yesterday, as the three-months incurred a 0.195% high rate, unchanged from the week before, and the six-months incurred a 0.350% high rate, up from 0.335%.

Coupon equivalents were 0.198% and 0.355%, respectively. The price for the 91s was 99.950708 and that for the 182s was 99.823056. The median bid on the 91s was 0.170%. The low bid was 0.140%.

Tenders at the high rate were allotted 19.02%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 3.53.Tenders totaled $111,430,762,000 and the Treasury accepted $30,484,613,000, including $1,295,541,300 of noncompetitive.  Federal Reserve banks bought nothing for themselves. The median bid for the 182s was 0.330%. The low bid was 0.285%. Tenders at the high rate were allotted 94.42%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 2.82.

Tenders totaled $84,740,715,200 and the Treasury accepted $30,000,305,200, including $898,715,200 of noncompetitive. Fed banks bought nothing for themselves.
