Signs of stabilization are beginning to manifest in the financial markets, and despite remaining challenges, Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City president Thomas M. Hoenig said he sees progress.
Hoenig told an audience yesterday there will be “slow improvement” in the economy and the challenge will be when to begin worrying about inflation.
