“Texas manufacturing activity remained sluggish in March,” according to the monthly business activity survey conducted by the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, released yesterday.
The general business conditions index dipped to negative 22.7 in March from negative 21.4 in February.
"Just like the ATM became an additional transaction channel in the banking industry, I believe distributed ledger technology will provide municipal issuers with a similarly valued tool to sell their bonds," said Rick Coscia, Quincy's Strategic Asset Manager.
