Cash Managements Draw 2.440% High Rate

The Treasury Department yesterday sold $19 billion of 63-day cash management bills, dated Feb. 14 and due April 17, at a 2.440% high tender rate.

The bid to cover ratio was 3.49. The coupon equivalent was 2.491%. The price was 99.573000.

The low bid was 2.300%. The median bid was 2.350%. Tenders at 2.440% were allotted 74.18%.

Tenders totaled $66,306,053,000 and Treasury accepted $19,000,103,000, including $13,053,000 of noncompetitive.
