Personal Income Off 0.3%; Core PCE Flat in October

WASHINGTON — October personal income printed up 0.3%, personal consumption expenditures fell 1.0% in its largest drop since the September 2001 terrorist attacks, and core PCE prices were flat for a 2.1% increase over the year, their best showing since December 2001. The results were more or less expected.
