The Treasury Department yesterday said it will auction $24 billion of five-year notes on Sept. 25 and $34 billion two-year notes on Sept. 24.
The five-years are due Sept. 30, 2013. The two-years are due Sept. 30, 2010. The notes are dated Sept. 30.
Treasury also said it will auction $6 billion of four-year, six-month inflation-indexed bonds on Oct. 27. The notes are dated Oct. 15 and due April 15, 2013
Treasury will auction $25 billion of 91-day bills and $25 billion of 182-day discount bills Monday.
The 91s are dated Oct. 30 and due Jan. 29, 2009, and the 182s are dated Oct. 30 and due April 30, 2009.
