Weekly T-Bills Go At 1.855%, 2.255% Highs

Tender rates for the Treasury Department’s latest 91-day and 182-day discount bills were lower yesterday, as the three-months incurred a 1.855% high rate, down from 2.050% the prior week, and the six-months incurred a 2.255% high rate, down from 2.350%.

Coupon equivalents were 1.890% and 2.313%, respectively. The price for the 91s was 99.531097 and that for the 182s was 98.853708.

The median bid on the 91s was 1.800%. The low bid was 1.745%. Tenders at the high rate were allotted 31.51%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 2.63. Tenders totaled $57,834,248,800 and the Treasury accepted $22,000,003,800, including $1,622,287,800 of noncompetitive.

The median bid for the 182s was 2.240%. The low bid was 2.180%. Tenders at the high rate were allotted 50.28%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 2.49. Tenders totaled $57,336,381,000 and the Treasury accepted $23,000,061,000, including $1,315,181,000 of noncompetitive.
