7/14/2010	Company Description and Logo 100 Word company description including the company address, contact, phone, email and website address that will be listed in the conference manual Logo in a vector format, EPS, Illustrator or PNG. Please let us know of the PMS colors used in your logo. Submit via email to derinda.crawford@sourcemedia.com
8/27/2010	Conference Manual Ads Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for eligibility. If eligible, Your ad should be submitted as a high-resolution PDF file, print-ready (all crop marks removed) and scaled to the following specifications: 8.5" x 11" with a 1/4" border around your design. E-mail the ad to Derinda Crawford or save it to a CD-ROM and mail to Derinda Crawford at: SourceMedia, One State Street Plaza, 27th Fl., New York, NY 10004.
8/27/2010	Staff Registration forms due Our registration system does not allow multiple registrations at once. You must register each staff member individually.

Exhibitor Staff Registration

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for the number of complimentary staff passes allotted to your company. Each staff registration that exceeds the comp allotment will be charged the $500 exhibitor/sponsor upgrade rate. Register your team by August 27.

Hotel Accommodations

SourceMedia has secured a block of rooms at a special discounted rate. Be sure to mention that you are a Bond Buyer event participant. Rooms will be available on a first come first serve basis. Please make your reservations by August 30, 2010. More details on hotel/travel info can be found here.
