2/22/12	Conference Manual Ads Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for eligibility. If eligible, your ad should be: Full page Black & White Ad or 4-Color. (Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for upgrade to 4-Color.) Bleed size: Allow ¼” margin. Ad Size: 8.5” w X 11”h. Live Area: 8.25” w x 10.75" h. Submitted as a high-resolution PDF file, print-ready (all crop marks removed). Please submit the conference workbook ad via email to: christine.quilatan@sourcemedia.com.
2/22/12	Staff Registration forms due Our registration system does not allow multiple registrations at once. You must register each staff member individually.

Exhibitor Staff Registration

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for the number of complimentary staff passes allotted to your company. Each staff registration that exceeds the comp allotment will be charged the $500 exhibitor/sponsor upgrade rate. Register your team by Wednesday, February 22, 2012.

Hotel Accommodations

Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at the Doral Golf Resort & Spa to our attendees from March 13th-16th at a special discounted rate of $229.00. The cut-off date to receive the discounted group rate is Friday, February 17th. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability. You can book your room via the web or phone.

WEB: A dedicated booking website has been created so guests will be able to make, modify and cancel reservations online.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials beginning Tuesday, February 14, 2012, at the above address. Material arriving after March 7, 2012 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge.

Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
